Default Humble Thanks

Hello, My LRF Name is Oaty, I'm a Rover addict. Thanks to you guys and girls, my 2000 Discovery 2 and 1964 Series IIA are operational. Special thanks to Paul Grant, Abran, Sixpack577, Rhino Rover and others. You took time out of your schedule and patients guiding me through my addiction or problems. Thanks guys. Last month I went through issues with, AC Compressor (replaced), Tensioner Pulley (Replaced), Master Brake Cylinder (replaced) Driver window motor and regulator (replaced). I am not a wrench turner but I am learning now. This website is a fantastic place and has a wealth of knowledge within its confines. Also thanks to all the contributors whom I have gleaned their documented findings. I'm proud to be a part of this group. So, kudos to all who help people like me whom feel they are beyond help at times.

Oaty

You're never beyond help as long as you know it's time to ask for it.

Keeping old vehicles running is a process, one that takes time, energy, advice and commitment...and lots of money (and l didn't mean commitment to a nut-house...although...lol).

Glad you got your crew up and running.

Wow, thank you sir, but I didn't do anything special.
The folks here have been as good to me as they have you.
I'm glad to hear things are working well for you.
Mine is still yard art, lol.

Yes, thank you for sending me money! Now, what else do you need? Can I interest you in an improved intake tube or perhaps a door lock pin?

cool post, in all honesty this is a great forum, every once in a while I go to others. Then realize this one is the best.

Hey Abran, special thanks to you for calling and helping through some questions I had. Truly Awesome guy. And....yes I have an new tick list. I am still having a battery drain. I am taking my positive battery lead off when I stop for long periods. My Pos battery clamp will not tighten anymore. Need a device to disconnect battery. Also I have a 2004 CDL linkage but not the bracket that attaches the cable to the case. I have bigger items but need more cash. Steel Front bumper (used) without winch.
