Default M & S lights flashing

I pulled my console to do a cdl upgrade, now the M&S lights keep flashing.
the truck is in limp mode as the gear indicator will only read D; no 3,2 or 1.

Normally I would think battery or alt. the battery is new (3 monthes) output is 13.5-13.7, low but it has alway been that way.

I never did get the cdl in before it got dark so i put the access panel with the old shifter back on and plugged everything back in (seats, windows, shifter soloniod) without the console. That was went i noticed the flashing lights.
The only real problem i had was removing the sport mode plug, do you think if I F'ed the switch it would put me in limp mode?

Or is it just my luck i save up for the cdl and now i have to by a Alt.

Oh Codes:
p0734 soleniod valve torque converter lock up
p0753 (soleniod valve 1 line short circut)
p0758 (soleniod valve 2 line short circut)

I'm thinking you pinched some wires during the reinstall before it got dark.

I will double check everything when I get home, like I said the console if off I just pluged everything back in hoping I could use it for work today. I'm wondering if i screwed up the sport mode switch disconnecting it would that put my truck in a limp mode?

yes. did you snap the latch on it? go back and see if you can take it off and put it back on. if not email paulgrant@mac.com and get a use one and splice it in.

see that. i knew what you did without even looking. lol.. that latch actually pushes the connectors together. it's just not getting a signal now. i would get a used one from a pick and pull or off paul grant and splice it in. you should be good to go.

the saga continues....

you connected both the transmission selector as well as the sport mode button right? one is a lot smaller than the other and could be overlooked in the dark. does the truck go into drive to actually get 3rd gear or is it locked in park?
