Default I finally figured out the reason for my front end issues

I was changing my fluids today (Oil, ATF, transfer case and differentials) and while flushing my brake fluid I noticed I have a broken left front spring. My left front side is sagging about 3 inches lower due to this. I probably should have noticed this earlier but I was not looking at the suspension.

I was having uneven tire wear and a little wheel shake (probably due to this and a shot steering damper). I was thinking of doing my suspension and now this seals the deal.

I think I am going with OME shocks and springs. Can anyone describe the difference between the heavy and Medium OME springs?

HD springs will be for lots of extra weight, winch, African elephant, etc.
MD would be for everything else.
The springs are what holds the weight of the truck, the shocks control the ride.
So the HDier the springs the stiffer the ride.
Same thing with shocks, HD ones will be stiffer than MD ones.
Now is the time to plan ahead, what do you think you may add to your truck down the road?
Also in theroy HD springs will last longer because they are stiffer to start with.

Yeah I was thinking of going HD just due to the fact that they will last longer and give me more options in the future.

If you RE NOT GOING TO USE A BUMPER AND WINCH, GO WITH THE MEDIUM DUTY. LOOK AT THE PRICES AT LUCKY8, THEY ARE GREAT, JUST ADD A STABILIZER AND YOU'LL BE SET.

Yeah lucky 8 is where I will be getting them from. So are there any specialized tools I need to do this? Anyone have any links to old threads about installing new shocks and springs?

Wrong group, this is for Discoverys, hop over to the Range Rovers. We only have SLS air in the rear of some of our models. No air on our front suspension.
