So I wanted to have an idea of what had been done to my Disco but I'm where I started It didnt say if the 60k was done or not, so I will start to do it tomorrow.

If he always went to the stealership to have his oil changed, he really slacked off there at the end. Once a year? Really?

 

State inspections are not done at the dealer, they are usually a indy state approved shop that only does inspections.
May have moved to where there was no dealer and hadthe oil changed at a quick lube. They are not going to log it. Quick lubes dont care, they just want your money.
Personally I wouldnt worry about it. You do what needs to be done, it wasnt in a accident and not all things get reported to Carfax.
Do your 60k service and start from scratch, just like nothing had ever been done to it, ever.
Never assume that they just changed the oil. The first thing I do when I buy a car is change the oil, tune up trans fluid etc. They can hand be the dealer invoice that says it was done last week and I will still do it because the only way to know for 100% is to do it yourself.

 

Yeah, good point. I'm starting the 60K service on mine a little bit at a time. Just ran some seafoam through it and bought spark plugs, air filter, and fuel filter. Oh, by the way, when you replace your spark plugs, a standard spark plug deep well is NOT big enough for a Disco 1! Found that out tonight. Now, I've got to pick a larger size up. :-(
