so your going to rebuild the DC joint but leave the stock u-joint on the front?

The front one is greasable and is in fantastic shape, It looks like it has been replaced, should I?

they way I look at it, I not going to r & r a driveshaft twice for a $20 u-joint. Plus its the easiest to change

It took me 10 minutes to take the shaft out, so I dont see it being an issue.

I drove it yesterday and the noises are gone however the vibration is still there (was gone with no front shaft) I guess Ill be looking at a new drive shaft afterall.

maybe you could replace the front joint and have it balanced

Im rebuilding it again tomorrow, Ill do all three I guess again, Ill leave the centering ball though as that should be good still.

Do not leave the centering ball, do you like doing things time and time again.
you could have bought a new stock style driveshaft for 299.99 had it in and done.
Instead you rebuild 1/3 third of your DS, Now your going to rebuild another 1/3 of the DS.
1/3 and 1/3 still only adds up to you have a DS that's only 2/3 rebuilt.

This should really be a post it "how not to rebuild your drive shaft"

There is a lot of truth to this. Besides, it would be a shame to spend $2-7k on a transmission (depending on source) when your centering ball grenades and sends your brand-new u-joints into the transmission..
