I just want it in record that this evening the following words were said by my wife:

”I should let you buy Land Rover parts more often if you organize the garage afterwards like this.”

I had recently returned from the junkyard with a decent haul that required some organization in the garage to store it all. Don’t let her fool you though, she loves the Disco but just won’t say it out loud

 

In a previous marriage I did hear "Parts cars or Wife, you decide"

 

Good thing is the wife loves and wanted the disco :-) so I get to work on it. Oh wait maybe that’s not such a good deal for me lol.

 

Ha that's how I got a second disco...wife loves mine so easier to pick up a second and build it to how she wants it!

 

Some 22 years ago.... I sold my beloved VW Fastback Type-3. I used the funds to buy my bride a wedding ring. She still looks at the ring lovingly every year.... and then tells me that it is okay to buy parts for my Disco.... or whatever hobby car I will have in the future.
