Default I think Lucky8's website wins for least user friendly.

Seriously, it seems like I drill down 10 million layers only to find that they have nothing for sale in whatever category I spent the last hour drilling down to. Anyone else experience the same frustration?

The website is kinda quirky but you get used to it for their great prices and discounts.

Agree, Love the guys at Lucky 8, fast shipping, great knowledge, good prices, but their website could use some refining to take them to the next level.....

I have gone on a similar rant about L8 a few years back. Now I just call them. Great guys. Or just go to ebay and look for their stuff.

I always call them. They're good guys, and that seems the best way.

What I find most interesting is what their website is trying to do is not unique. Selling car parts online is not new.
Why is their design so terrible when there are so many examples to mimic that work well?

FCP Euro I used to shop for BMW/Volvo stuff is awesome - Hell, even RockAuto is pretty freaking simple to use... lol

Rockauto is ugly, but damn is it an effective user interface.

Yay! Awesome! I want to give you my money but get so frustrated by the process that I end up giving up. Stoked for this.
