Default ignition coil test, bad coil?

I managed to remove my coils today with the Intake Manifold on, wasn't too bad a job about 2 hours total. Ok so does anyone know how to check the coils with a multi meter? I've included pics on how I was checking them but wasn't to sure if I was doing it right. I put the the multi meter on the ohms scale and first checked the 2 outer prongs on both coil packs. The number I got was 2.2, and my meter was set to 200 on the ohms scale on my multi meter. Next I switched my meter to 200k and put one probe on the center pin on my coil and the other probe in the individual coils where the spark plug wire would attach. I got the reading of 1 all around except on the 2 bottom coils(cylinder 4 and 7) I would get a fluctuating reading of 110-119 on my meter. Does that mean the coil is bad. I ask because I have been getting a misfire code p0300 and p0307.
