We're rebuilding a Defender for our local trophy championship in Ukraine.
The old engine have died, and wasn't strong enough anyway, so we've bought a V8 from a scrapyard. We were told it came from a Disco 2.
Trouble is, the set only had the engine, automatic gearbox, some loom sections and two "brainboxes" - the ECU and the gearbox management. We'll fabricate a new wiring loom (in process already), but we're stuck with the immo. There were no keys in the set and no immo module. The ECU tells us that it is immobilised already. We've salvaged the VIN: SALTY1247YA252273. Can anyone please tell us what to do.
I'll provide some pics in order to show we're not trying to steal a disco

 

You need the BCU also. The Body Control Unit computer communicates with the ECU to allow ignition.
