Default int. door suede leather repair/replace

I was curious if anyone has replaced or repaired the small section of suede leather on the 4 doors interior? Mine is pretty faded and nasty.

They are molded to the door panel, only way I am aware to fix is to replace the whole panel. Mine where a little tattered in some spots. I used one of those sweater fabric shavers on some small areas. It looks a ton better.

Mine are still new looking, but if they wore out, I'd probably have my Upholstery guy replace the fabric.

For do it yourselfers, I wonder if the Texture Paint that's being used on the Headliners would be a good permanent option?

Default Door panels

They ARE molded to the door panels, so one possibly could cut them out of the door panel, and fabricate new "fill in" pieces with new leather, and glue these pieces into the cut panel area. I haven't tried this yet, only examined the panels when I had them out to change the door lock actuators, as mine could use something done to them tool.
