Going with this process... I might install longer grub screws with hex heads to replace the 2 bottom screws to help guide the coil pack into place. Maybe using red loctite also? Then use nuts, as stated above, to torque it down.
Thoughts?

To gain better access to coil packs and bolts. Remove the black harness that runs along firewall above coil packs from the harness hangers, then twist the two black metal harness hangers out of the way (you'll see how they are attached and figure it out), then gently pull rubber molding along upper firewall out of the way...you will gain some well deserved room.

When reassembling, set coil pack bracket in place, start two lower bolts...but leave them loose, so the coil packs hangs towards firewall. This will allow you to slip upper manifold into place and bolt down, then gently pry coil pack towards front of engine and install upper bracket bolts. Tighten lower ones and reassemble harness.

@JUKE179r I thought about that too, but there is no really good way, I used a good magnetic 1/4 drive socket and long 1/4 inch driver extension. Now that I think of it a long 1/4 drive wobble extension might work really well.
