Interior Dead
check the battery first for a charge and that the cables are on good and tight...if there is corrosion ...clean it up..
then check fuses...under the hood and in the truck....unplug all accessories like car chargers and ipod chargers.....they might be shorting the system.

Did your CD Changer get wet? If you got wet carpets (leak) you may have a short underneath the carpets.
LR was terrible about running the wire harnesses in some bad areas and there are splices internal to the wire bundle that are not well insulated.
I have removed all the carpets from my 97 Disco I, rewrapped and rerouted wire bundles, removed a dead CD Deck from under the passengers seat and a few other things. Still have some rust and resealing issue to deal with.
There are several areas where water can get in, especially under the carpets.
