soo,, i want to take the cd changer out and put in a ipod or phone dock

i got the changer out ,, the wires on the cd to the harness plug are


white
red
purple
green
black
blue
yellow
tan


i need to find the audio inputs right channel left channel

a bonus if i can find 12V and ground or 12V switched and ground

i searched on here,, found schematics, but they are in martian .. and dont tell you what is what.. only cryptic letters and numbers that are meaning less

any help pls

 

Do a search on google I know I found a good write up on it but don't remember where! It's out there

 

E-bay search...they sell adapters for $6 bucks....found out after replacing the entire head unit just so i could plug in an aux cord... :'(
