Default Jeep Bumper on a Land Rover Discovery 2

A few photos of my new Jeep bumper, made to fit my disco.
purchased it on Ebay for $179.00...shipped. did a bit of chopping in the back, added brackets to mount on my factory holes and also added the little bits of 1" tube on each end. Admitidly the tubes do nothing except make it look more uniform. bumpers works great and fits nice and tight with my 12000 lbs winch.

I like this as well! Just can't see spending the money on a river bumper when you can get a nice one like this for so much cheaper.

You said you did some chopping and welding, do you have pics and/or measurements to help any others that want to make this change?

Now, a great find would be which vehicle can be a decent donor for the front plastic bumper cover, with or without a hack saw...

Found a few photos. This is my old truck and I don't have it anymore. Few pics with the bumper on and I also found one with bumper before I added the corner pieces. I can't remember what I did to mount it up but I remember it was easy. Essentially it was a couple pieces of angle iron welded to the bumper then straight back and into the stock mounting holes.

This is an old thread but, it is a wrangler bumper, you will need to fabricate your own mounts. https://landroverforums.com/forum/di...ers-dii-72186/
