Yep. We've had her since new. Just completed a complete engine rebuild. Suspension is next. Trying to bring her back to like new condition (easy to do in CA).

Anything you wish you did earlier in its life maintenance-wise that would've helped out all these years later?

That’s great. I looked into it awhile back but couldn’t find a good match for the perforation pattern from the usual steering wheel experts. Mind telling us who did the work?

Tony,

Definitely send the vendor details. My D2 has 281K and the steering wheel really needs attention!

Post them as well, as there seems to be many people interested,

ThaNks!

I'm curious why the vendor isn't being shared, but whatever. To be honest, if folks wanted their wheels redone, I'd be willing to do them for the amount the OP vaguely alluded to, in fact, I'd prolly enjoy it. Tell me what color and finish you want, send me your wheel, and I'll git-r-done lickety split. It's not really a difficult project, just time consuming. I'm debating whether to redo my own with new leather, or go with the tactile feel of paracord...might have to try both

DM'd OP: https://royalsteeringwheels.com/

Not sure why it was a secret either.
