kenlowe fan problems

i have just recently fitted a kenlowe fan kit which worked great at first but on a trip to the lake district with caravan in tow i found that the fan makes a whining sound and vibrates terribly,very worrying.Any ideas guys ?

Sounds like the fan is loose or out of balance.
