I have had it on my toolbox for the past couple of years as I've owned 2 LR Disco II that had been sold since. Some greyish discoloration on ABS plastic, no cracks. **Firmware last updated few years ago to program ECU, Key Fobs in addition to original basic settings (read more below). Programmed for Disco II currently. This unit allows you to buy codes for other LR models.

Does it read ABS codes?

 

It does. The Hawkeye is a fantastic piece of equipment. Not quite as good as a Nanocom, but also much cheaper.

WIll this allow you to turn on DRL and change lock system to 1 button global unlock?

 

Yes, it also resets them. In addition, you can power bleed ABS pump. I believe the software update I have may have been the latest as it is enabled to program key fobs, ECU and more.
