Interesting. Could have used one on my cross country trip to New Mexico, I came close to running out of gas twice!

That would be very neat to have... I can't run out of gas on this island... so i would have no use for it except to have MORE gas in the tank during hurricane season....

hmm?

They are not legal. DOT approved in the States.

These are alot cheaper and easier to manage.

They mount to your roof rack, you need fuel, pull it down and pour.

For those unexpected emergencies you fill them with fuel, treat it with fuel stabilizer and stick it in the corner of your garage.
You need to make a run for the border just throw them in the back of your truck and go.
I usually have 10 gal of fuel in my garage treated and ready to go.
Add to that that I never let my truck get below 1/2 tank and I can get as far as I might need.

Yeah this is a better route for me!
