Default Leaf blower wine noise

Ok so tonight when I started my truck it started making an extremely loud sound that sounded like a leaf blower wine …i turned it off then started it and it was fine ..... has any had this yet? I’m thinking maybe starter didn’t disengage? I did put new heater core hoses on earlier in the day but I don’t see correlation with that ….

Thanks Joe

I get the same thing on first start, it turns off after a couple minutes.

That is absolutely a (failing) SAI pump.

hmm... As far as I knew from other cars with SAI that it only runs for the first few minutes until the cats warmed up a bit.
