Default Leak in ACE rubber boot?

Sorry complete newbie here and hope this is the proper section. I have a leak that is leaking PS fluid out of the rubber boot down on the pass/front side by the wheel. I am not even sure what the little "shock" thing is that the boot is on. I am sure it is part of the ACE though. I have looked at about 1000 posts on this subject and have't found anything that would help me. Does anyone know if I just need to change the rubber boot or the whole "shock". (I can see the little hole in the boot) If so, how hard is it. I have noticed it is alot rougher lately when hitting bumps and there is a slight wiggle of the steering wheel at times when moving at a speed over 15mph. ANY ideas would be greatly appreciated. I will try to load a pic as well. THANKS
