Default Leak from drivers side under dash?

I noticed the drivers side floor was wet yesterday as if something is leaking on it from the inside under the dash. Also, about the same time the break pedal started to make a small little squeak, I am assuming it is related b/c it sounds like it got wet and is now slightly cooroded or something. Has anybody had this happen, is it climate control related, a clogged exterior vent hole or something (however it has not rained in a long time here so, prob not it) TIA.

First, tell us what the fluid is, water, coolant or brake fluid. If it is brake fluid stop driving it today till the issue is fixed.

get under your truck. In the well above the tranny, you will see 2 rubber ports. These are your condensate drains for your a/c, make sure they are clear.

The liquid had no odor or smell and it was not oily, so I will check the ac drains. Thanks.

EDIT: haha, no color or odor.

Have you been running your a/c in the last week or so? If not, has it rained lately?

My disco just leaked water on my legs while driving. The passenger side is SOAKED on the carpet. It rained yesterday really hard. Please tell me I don't have another coolant leak or problem. I'm already trying to get my brakes fixed and figuring out how to pay for my 60 k fluid flushes...

both of you need to check the a/c drains under the rig. on either side of the tranny bell housing there are rubber drain outlets.

yours are probably clogged and when this happens water backs up into the system under the dash and it comes out and soaks the floorboards.

when you check the drains watch yourselves cause about a gallon of water will start squirting out and fast.
