Well I found out why my front sunroof was leaking....both drain tubes were broken off. So I guess my only option now is to replace the tray around the sunroof.

Just Gluem back on, or fabricate something. The back drains on a 03 are easy to blow from the bottom. Just take out youre brake lights. The lines are right there. Please no comments about "blowing from the bottom".

My rear sunroof leaked also. It turns out both the front and rear sunroof have 2 drain ports (both on the forward side of the sunroof). I tore my headliner out and found no evidence of leaking around the drain tubes. I finally got mine to stop leaking by applying some RTF gasket maker around the interface between the sunroof housing and the metal roof on the outside of the vehicle. If you can see a small hairline gap on the outside of your vehicle between the painted roof finish and the sunroof housing that probablly where your leak is coming from.

My 98 Disco now supports a fabric-less "rhino coated" headliner which was painted tan to match the rest of the interior. It looks pretty tough and rugged. Then again, it was that, or a sagging headliner that blew around in the wind when the windows were down.
