Default Leaking t-case bolt

Hey guys,
I resealed my transfer case last weekend and all went well. However, now one of the bolts is leaking. About a nickel size overnight.

How should I stop the leak? Teflon tape?

I resealed the plate with high temp RTV and have no other leaks anywhere.

you could try Teflon, but that will only help if the hole in question goes thru the case and is not just tapped into the case.

It is the bolt that is closest to the front on the passenger side. The corner bolt right next to the drain plug.

Did you rtv the bolt threads? The bolts threads will leak since the bolts go all the way into the case.

there your answer the bolt goes thru the case, so Teflon or RTV. I'm a big believer in RTV
