Default Leaking EGR bolt ?

Hey everyone . I have 2005 4.4 LR3 113 k . I had my me Mechanic replace the EGR valve on the top front of the engine since it was leaking . It seemed to be leaking threw the bold hole . It was replaced moths ago . Now with all this heat the engine is running harder. Always check my fluids weekly . This week I noticed it was low . Pulled the cover and it is leaking threw the bolt . I beleive all gaskets were replaced with new EGR valve . There is one O ring that didnt come with the EGR valve . Its a green O ring .Quite a bit of fluid I can see whats sitting on the engine that didn't burn off . Could it be as simple as a new bolt & or gasket ( O ring ) ? Or could it be the part that the EGR valve bolts onto the engine ? Any help is appreciated !

Fluid does not go through the EGR. What is leaking? Oil, coolant?

I have also never seen one of these EGR valves fail.

Found it ! It wasn't the EGR valve . It was the T connector / bleeding tube . Broke and was still somewhat connected . Found it when I started to move some of the tubes around . Just popped right of and let collant shoot everywhere . It was running down off the EGR valve .
