By far, the best care you can give your leather is saddle soap and then an application of Lexol leather conditioner, there is nothing better, most other treatments dry out the leather, if you use saddle soap and Lexol, not only will it be cleaner and softer but the PH will will held at a normal leather to help the leather from cracking.
As for the rest of the trim, a clean moist towel, water only, wipe it clean and then use a dry cloth to dry it. Many of the other treatments make things nice and shiney as they slowly leach all the from the plastic and then you start cracking
