Default Leather Dye?

Has anyone re-dyed the tan leather? I'd consider dying it black if the results would be better. What product did you use, where did you get it, how did it stand up to use?

The seats are not all leather, part is vinyl so you will need 2 dyes. Go to a good shoe repair shop and talk to them about what dye to use.

The area you sit on is leather, the rest is vinyl.
You are looking a a job that will never go away cause wear will rub of the new dye and show the old color.

I used this on a BMW convertible I used to own:

Worked really well--the seats looked like they were brand new. I believe leatherique sells them too, but it's a brush on type and not spray (which may work better in your case--with spray type, you need to take the seats out of the car.). Important thing is that you need to apply a "clearcoat" spray that they sell after you dye your seats, so that the dye doesn't wear away.

You can get custom matched colors too.
