Hood black out by Vigg Designs
Just wanted to pass the word- if you are considering a hood blackout check out Vigg Designs! They offer various blackout kits ranging in performance/longevity and even offer the original Camel Trophy decal. Researched a few places and came back to Vigg Designs- great product more importantly customer service. I had questions on installation, delivery date, durability etc. They have a top notch product and more importantly better customer service which is not always the case with most businesses.

RE: Hood black out by Vigg Designs
Zonk,
Are you pitching them because you are a satisfied customer? If so, do you have any pictures to showcase their "blackout" to all of us on the forum?
The pictures on the their website are so small and you can even tell if it's a good product.
How long have you had yours on your Disco?

RE: Hood black out by Vigg Designs
Since taking the Disco 2 over from the wife I've done a lot of modding both cosmetic and performance.
- 16" wheels refinished/ BFG MT 265/75/16
- Rovertym 2" suspension
- Sold the stock running boards (want sliders)
- Rear ladder/ Rear lamp guards
- Spare tire relocator
- Changed all bulbs interior exterior to LED except head lights/rear turn signals (PIAA's)
- AMD interior wood trim (complete kit) on it's way
- OME steering stabilizer
- EE. brass diff plugs Royal Purple 75W140 synthetic gear oil
- Royal Purple oil in transfer case 75W140
-EE magnets on oil filter/ tranny
- upgraded plugs/wires
- u-joint conversion to greasable
- Vigg Designs hood blackout
- Replaced center muffler with Borla (same series as used on their catback)/ removed rear muffler and added slanted/rolled/resonated SS tip
Future mods:
- sliders
- SG rack
- ARB front bumper
As soon as the interior dash kit is done I am going to take digital pictures and will be glad to send them over if interested.

RE: Hood black out by Vigg Designs
An answer to the hood black out kit. It's brand new. I was just really excited about the decal. I managed to get into a pickle transferring it. I was really glad at how John Vigg took a personal interest into making sure that he could assist in the installation corresponding with email/phone. Because of the service and the product I felt compelled to post. I live in Palm Coast, Florida and have no relation to Vigg Designs that is located in New Jersey. I frequent a few websites and like to help pass information and get valuable information as needed. I lost a ton on my last hobby a VW by spending money on mods from various websites that had lousy customer service. I hope this helps even if I'm not a frequent poster.
