Go to a good shoe repair shop, a saddle shop and some auto parts stores, buy a bottle of saddle saop and one bottle of Lexol leather conditioner.
Wipe the dirt of your seats, saddle saop them one day per the direction and use the Lexol the next day. This will make a huge difference in your leathers condition.

I cleaned mine with Saddle Soap; like Mike said..then wiped everything down with mink oil the next day........ My saddle soap was paste and was in a tin like shoe polish.. I think the thing about leather is not letting it dry out

Armor ALl also makes a all in one leather conditioner gel, that is what I use.
Wipe on, wipe off.

Lexol is the best and is available at most auto parts stores. The cream conditioners, is too thick and gets stuck in the preforation in the leather. The Lexol I use is the spray cleaner and then the conditioner.

I have been using Meguiar's leather conditioning wipes on mine. Seems to work pretty well, and as said before, no extra steps. Take wipe out of can, use, dispose. I like easy. I can also see a thicker product getting into the perforations and drying in. There is something white in a couple places on mine that the PO apparently left for me. Not sure what it is, but nothing I've tried short of an actual vacuum has gotten it out either.
