Cloth manual seats in D1s seem pretty rare, so I've never got a good luck up close. Anyone here look into swapping the seat adjustment mechanism from the manual cloth seats out with leather seat front seats? Are the bolt on swaps?

 

Those seats are quite easy to take apart, just a few bolts and clips. A piece of cake really but you need torX wrenches. I have swapped a drivers seat cushion for a passenger side cushion as they are the same. Manual to manual.
