LED Bulbs for '04, Hyperflash? LED Relay?
I have a few bulbs to replace on my new '04 D2 so I was thinking about upgrading the exteriors to all LED; turn signal, brake light, side repeater, etc, etc.
Without adding load resistors I haven't seen an LED relay available at the usual places. I understand it is controlled by the "brain" not a relay? What can I expect for hyper-flash or how are others correcting?

I have an 03 and mostly LED bulbs in it. I went with a resistor to retain regular flash rate.
Cruise control might not work when you change the brake bulbs. The system will no longer see its expected load.
I had a really weird failure in a LED brake bulb which would cause interior lights and other exterior lights to come on. New bulb sorted that.
And, I found a prior change to the third brake light wiring was causing issues with a LED replacement. Sorted that too.
Overall I really like the LED marker, indicator, brake, back up, and rear fog lights with LEDs.
