Thats pretty cool Pete, I like how your friends have to take different lines than you.

A buddy of mine pointed out how my wheels were coming off the ground and theirs were not. I like to give the camera a show. As an added bonus the three amigos could not make it on that trip so I could drive wherever I wanted.

Cheers,

Pete

Well with solid axles your going to have a wheel or two in the air.
If you watch when the Tundra does it the front wheels stay on the ground but the rear has one wheel in the air.
But lets not confuse indepentant suspension with traction, just because a wheel is on the ground doesnt mean that it has traction.

You will get more flex if you disconnect your swaybars. Some quick disconnects work good. I don't offroad my Rover that hard so I am not using them. I removed the sway bars from my 69 Nissan Patrol and it made a huge differance.

The rear sway bar is removed, the front was disconnected. Depending on the line chosen it can look easy or really hard. I like to be challenged off road. Most people I go with are too timid to attempt a difficult line.

Pete
