How about getting taking an impact gun to that nut. Always works for me. Big boy toys require big boy tools.

Finally done- she was only on the jack stands for about a week and half. I got new OEM shock mounts, and was surprised when they were metric when my original were English- so I had to go get new hardware. I was very generous with the teflon grease when reassembling everything, and she's good to go. Thanks for all your help!
