Question Lift kit help?

I have submitted a post before about lifting my 04' Disco2, but what I really need to know is, what all is needed to do a lift?? It looks like a cheap job to do it myself, but im sure I am missing some other parts that will need to be included to make the lift happen.. Thanks for help

And a set of replacement brake hoses, stainless steel and a new steering stabilizer.
How much of a lift are you looking for and which company or do you know yet?

Im looking for a modest lift like 1.5 to 2.0 inch and some all-terrain tires. Not sure what size yet, but also want to keep it low key at the same time...
Nothing like what I had on my CJ-7 with 4" and 33" swampers... but I do like being lifted up a bit and having the ability to go and do anything..
