Is there is list of bulb types for the D2 on this forum? I have searched using different keywords without success. Thanks in advance.

 

I just used a bulb guide I found online however if your gonna put leds in your domes and license plate then they are 39mm you could prob squeeze a 42 in there but I used 39. They look great.

This is what I used for my dome lights. You can get them a with different number of LEDs that make up the light and still fit in the 39mm format. Just remember they are polarized (unlike the regular bulbs) and if you put them in one way and they do not work, just flip them around. In the dome lights, you can rotate the light and change the angle of the light that suits you best for that location.

Sounds like we need a sticky for a bulb light listing. I was thinking about that the other day when I was looking up a few replacement bulbs myself in various places.

 

I agree I think we should have a sticky for it too.

The DE3175 is wrong. I installed 36mm LED festoon lights in mine. The 31mm didn't fit.

An 1156 will work in a 5007, 5008 or 7506 socket. The output (brightness) is different.

sorry to bring this back guys, but I just received my 39mm LED.. TOO long. when the ends touch I have illumination, but the new LEDS won't fit int he original housing. I previously read 39mm is the way go.. after shipping from china and $2 later I'd like not to have and reorder.. any suggestions?? Thanks
