lights on dash wierd
recently on my dash i had lights come on at the same time, the 2 were when u raise the truck up it has a picture of the car and the up arrow the other yellow light was the truck light with the up and down arrow lit up, has anyone had these 2 lights come on at the same time ? mine stayed on for 20 min while driving then they went off, truck still raises up and down, this morning the truck starting shacking while i started up then stopped after 10 sec, now engine light is on, have to go get the codes checked, not sure if these too problems are related
Probably not related would be my guess. The first set of lights you were describing were SLS (self leveling suspension) warning lights. May have a bad connection somewhere causing them to come on and then go off. Wouldn't worry about it too much unless they come back on and stay on. If you do have a problem with your SLS, it will take a special scanner to get the codes for that.
Well yesterday bought myself a scanner for 120 bucks. Plugged it in got p0300 and p0306. I guess their misfire codes on cylinder 6. Erased them engine light still off after a day of driving. I know my old car had issues starting when it rains or high humidity. Maybe I got some cracks on the wires or coil pack. But my coil pack is 6 months old.
First, you need to buy an owners manual so you have a better idea what makes your truck tick.
What are you going to do about the mis-fire, when was it last tuned along with new 8 mm silicone plug wires, how many miles on the engine?

Truck has 118000 Kms well truck is always up to date on maintenance plugs wires were replaced 2 years ago if the engine light comes on again I will have to take it in to my mechanic. It's still under warranty and if it's the wires I will make sure they use the wires recommended on this site I think the wires they used were the oem type
