Default Limp Home Mode/exhaust leak/Multiple Misfires on 04 Disco

A few days ago, disco went into limp home mode (blinking M &S). Found loose wire in battery, repaired and all was good.
The next morning upon startup it sounded like a NASCAR….very loud. Turns out the pipe leading into the muffler had broken loose and was creating an exhaust leak. Ordered new muffler and will be installing next week.
had to drive as it is only mode of transport. Noticed later that day some hesitation when accelerating uphill, but took it gentle and assumed it could be my brain listening to the exhaust as much of a real issue. Also added a tank of premium gas to try and help matters.
Not so. Pulled the following codes P0301

P0306

P1300

P0441
The misfires are getting more pronounced so I am checking plugs/wires. Recent tuneup and transmission (less than 3000 miles), so unless loose shouldn’t be that. 1 & 6 are paired at the coil, yes? Could be there maybe.
Could the codes be related to the exhaust issue? Should I park it until the muffler is installed, clear the codes and monitors from there? Plan on having mechanic check the coils when he installs muffler.
any thoughts would be appreciated.
