link for building CDL linkage?
Panzer beat me to it. It took me about an hour using a 1x36 inch flat sheet of aluminum from Home Depot. Just file the hole away until it fits snugly on the CDL nipple.

It is a slight inconvenience to get out and lock the T-case, but it means I can check my tires and everything else before hitting a trail. I lock it together whenever I hit dirt roads and speed below 40 mph.

doesnt seem like aluminum would be strong enough for this....wouldnt it just bend when u try to use it?

All it's doing to turning the nipple on the t-case about 45*. If you have a 10mm wrench you can turn it yourself to get an idea of the amount of force needed. Just do it when the truck is cool or you'll more than likely burn your arm.

I chose aluminum because I saw it and it looked like it would work for my application. It is about 1/4 inch thick and only bends under a good amount of pressure, more than what is needed to engage the lock. Steel would work, but it may take longer to file the hole to fit the nipple.
