Default List of D1/D2 parts that are interchangeable?

I'm thinking about hitting the u-pull-it this weekend, and was wondering what useful parts I can pull off a D1 for my D2. I thought I saw a thread about this topic recently, but searched and I couldn't find it.

Any ideas?

Water pump same. Alternators, seats, engine fan is not. Condenser fan is not. Head lights do. Sensors like MAF don't. ECU does not. Radiators don't.

Basically little or nothing will switch over.

Amen to that. Especially the seats. Some parts from Range Rover will swap over, like a larger alternator.

But determined partz vulturez can remove more parts in a trip to the boneyard than can be installed the next day. Some parts, like MAF for a D1, are worth having on the spares shelf if you have a D1.

Highly prized items like cup holders and roof racks will be long gone.

Well, I got the transfer case shifter and all the bits for $23.99, the cup holder/ashtray/coin tray for $15ish (which was surprisingly expensive), and the owner's manual for $3 (which I bought for the binder which was in nice shape).

The only parts stripped off this truck were the spare tire and the cat-back exhaust. I misread what Buzz said, so I almost grabbed the alternator, but the hood had been up on the truck and it looked like it'd need a rebuild. I was tempted to grab the center console, which really looks the same as mine.

If anybody needs anything, and it isn't a major pain in the ***, pm me and I'll grab it for you.

Thanks for the help!

Dr, you coming to scarr this year? Last year a guy showed up with a trailer and a parts car. Was like a mini junkyard. Was cool cause he had a ton of parts on hand.

I'd love to, but I'll be traveling most of April for work. They have a similar event in Little Rock this weekend, but I'll only be home for the weekend so I figure I need to spend it with my wife and son. I'm itching to install my new shifter!

I'm pretty sure it's "mostly" the same. Colors and maybe power seat switch mounting might be different. I don't remember for sure. It can be made to work I think.

It's in hot springs, I'm thinking about going. My last hot springs trip got cancelled 5 mins before departure due to one of our dogs attempting to eat the tire of a moving vehicle.
