Default A little help needed

I was driving home when my disco cut off at a stop sign, seem the fuel relay in fuse box (the lil yellow thing) is not being triggered fuel-pump runs if you trigger it manually any one have any ideas

Today i pulled the codes and got these p1884 p1668 if anyone could help me out with these and if they are related to the problem I would appreciate it

Don't worry about the 1884, it will go away when you fix the 1668 which is high voltage on the anti theft circuit, possible short.
Lease the fuel system alone for now.

any ideas as to were to start looking for the short like a common fail point and could that of caused the first problem ?

Not common but it happens and unless you are real familiar with your Rover and pretty mechanical, I am not sure if you will find the cause.
