Default RE: need a little help

I might be able to help with a couple of those issues

1: Check the vacuum lines for the cruise control. They tend to crack and leak all the time and will cause your cruise control to stop working. The lines are on the driver's side in the engine compartment up by the brake master cyilinder. As far as I know there is no cruise control light.

2. I have the same problem with the remotes. They probably need to be reprogrammed and I'm not sure how do do that. Also, they need to be programmed in pairs, so if you only have one you may have a problem.

3. There's a light bulb on either side of the gear selector. You'll probably have to take the console off and when you do you'll see 1 plug on either side of the selector, there's your lights.

4.Not sure about the srs thing, might want to have that looked in to.

5. I got my radio out with a very small flat head screwdriver ( like the ones used to fix glasses). Put it in and unscrew the screws in there.

6. There's a lot of other guys on this forum who would be better able to answer this one. I'm fairly new to the rover game as well.

Hope some of this helps!
