Locks, Blinkers and this flashing warning

Hi,
we have a 2000 Land Rover discovery SE. the other day the blinkers stopped working, the automatic door locks stopped, and a warning light as seen in the picture showed up. Everything thing else seems good. Please advise.

Low voltage battery? Bad, loose and/or corroded battery connections?
