Well looks like @The Deputy was right residual air in the system. Had some running around to do and had top up the tank at brutal cost per liter of 1.82 CDN/liter.

Took a long 11% slow hill home hit 201 with Ac on, 30 mph and 1300ish rpm, dropped to to 197 as soon as I was off the hill and 196 within 150 m adn back to 188 shortly there after. 80f or so ambient.
Pulled into my driveway at 181, about 200m of downhill no throttle required

Without AC 183-188 on the flats 194 on the hills

Best news nothing in my overflow bottle and tank high looks like I am good other than my ac condenser may be running out of life blows cold.

So in brief bad rad cap and air in the system was the issue
