Congrats dude. There is actually some cool Rover baby stuff on e-bay. I got a jumper that say future Rover owner for my nephew.

discoxd, about those Power Wheels. If you want him to learn how to "drift" leave it the way it is and put it on hardpack However, Ifn you want him to Lock it in 4Low get a car inner tube and cut it up the width of the wheel and stretch them over those hideous "plastic" tires. He will have all the traction he needs = works great on concrete and assfault. As an added bonus the wheels/tires don't wear out as fast.

i'm thinking makeshift solid axles with a small four link in the rear with a triangulated three in the front with individual motors for each wheel mounted down on the hubs... single seat with a full roll cage and rock lights all over... i figure with about four or five car batteries he outta get a couple hours out of it...

Congrats man. Enjoy it while he's still too young to walk. Once he starts walking it becomes a whole new ball game that you can't win. I have learned a lot from my sister's twins.
