Looking for good mechanic in Rocklin/Roseville, CA
I can't pass smog without my Evap and P1590 codes being cleaared, and i don't have time to monkey around with it. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
+1.
He's not always the cheapest, but also never the most expensive. Seems to have a good reputation.
I used him on my '99 Jaguar XJR and was very happy with the results. He changed my Transmission Fluid for around $150 when everyone else was charging $500-$700. I guess it was some special $400 mineral oil in there and difficult to do. He bought bulk since he works on most makes of high end foreign cars.

FYI,
Instead of chancing a CHP encounter with expired tags en route to Sac, I elected to try McCoy's in Roseville. They had replaced my wheel speed sensor when I bought it (the used dealer agreed to have it fixed before I bought it), and he agreed to diagnose both codes for $65 (he has an ABS one that will tell why the P1590 is tripping, and why my EVAP code is on too).
