Default Looking for intake manifold gaskets DIY

As the title says, I'm looking for a DIY for the intake manifold gaskets. From how to get down to them and what to do while installing them, to sealing it back up.
Thanks.

I recommend reading using Adobe Reader to open this document.

Why are you replacing the gaskets and which one, the valley pan gasket or the metal gasket between the upper and lower manifold?

Hey jfall, great pictures! I'm about to tackle my upper and lower intake gaskets soon. I usually do my own work and in the past have done a few head gaskets on various cars. Problem is, it's been a loooong time since I've actually had to work on any of my cars and I've lost a bit of my confidence. Your pictures with step-by-step instructions and arrows or something similar would be very popular around this forum if you find the time. I do have the RAVE manual but I also know there are often times better and shorter ways to tackle projects. Great job with the photos.
