Hey everyone I am looking for a steel rear bumper for my 2003 Disco no back up assist. someone did a hit and run and jacked my bumper so I figured I would put a solid steel one on. I have a ARB front bumper so if anyone has a used one or knows where I can get a good deal on one please let me know.

 

Look at the RTE rear bumper, not cheap but good.

 

Check for a post by Greg Davis over on disco web. He makes a decent looking rear bumper that seems to be pretty strong. I just bought one, but I haven't installed it yet. It's one of the less expensive bumpers out there, but it doesn't come completely assembled. You have to have a welder or know someone that does to attach the mini rocks sliders that go under the quarter panels behind the rear wheels.

Other than that, britpart makes a decent looking, cheap, rear bumper. Not quite as nice looking as the RTE bumper that Mike is talking about though.

Mike the RTE bumpers are nice but costly...jafir do you have a number for Greg and would it be possible for you to send me a few pics of the bumper?

 

I don't recall if I ever talked to him on the phone or not. And mine is still wrapped up, balanced precariously on the folded up back seat. I worked on something else this weekend.
