Default Lots of codes after major transmission work!! Help??

I put everything back together after replacing a busted flex plate and it runs great! BUT I'm throwing codes everywhere now. I never unplugged anything from the engine to do this job.. So that's why these concern me a bit.. I am not driving it currently, but hope to soon so I need this diagnosed if possible
Also! I got all these codes, then cleared them to see if any came back, and they did..
Can you tell me if any of these are serious?? Googling them is not helping too much.. Thanks guys!

I bought the code scanner that I have seen others refer to on here. The Torque Pro app for android and that bluetooth scanner..

sometimes when a code reader throws a bunch of codes.
it could be from a poor connection or a fault circuit grounding.

hopefully thats the issue.

you can also have autozone or another parts store scan for codes. its free.

Looks like it may be set up for the wrong vehicle? maybe you should check it with another scanner then compare the codes with your scanner codes and see what you get....or if your scanner is right.
