www.apexperformance.net, Magnecor plugs wires and Iridium spark plugs.
You MUST use the Mag's and you can use any plug you want, I use Iridium's.

Get some fuel additive in there and replace the filter before you do much else.
As for the alternator, have it tested on the truck, easier and when being tested along with the battery you get a more accurate test.

Sorry for the late response, the three codes are now P1313, P1314, and P1187. I just changed the plugs and wires today and am going to drive it to work tonight. I haven't been able to put any real miles on it since I've got it. I'm hoping the codes will clear with all I've done to it and a little drive time to maybe dry things out.

I did put on all new filters and sea foamed the tank.
