I don't know why someone would want to delete it?

 

Not sure. It probably did not come with ACE, but it's weird that there's just a bolt there where the ACE pump is supposed to sit. I have the non-ace reservoir as well. Most likely didn't come with this 04'. One less pump to fail, although ACE is a nice feature in my opinion.
