Do you have a part number for the asphalt sensor? I think mine must be broken, because mine work even on the highway!

Looks like I need to get familiar with the wiring diagram in my Rave. The owner's manual shows none of this system.

Thanks guys!
Any luck??....I've ignored this "issue" for so long, now I'm determined to track it down now that it gets dark at 4pm now

Mine's on the "ignore" list now. T'is the silly season, family's got me buried for the next month. If I get time, I'll let you know.

In the mean time, how do you get the switch out of the inst cluster bezel? Would be nice if it could be just poped out without taking the dash apart......

I think it just pops out, then just disconnect the multi-plug. I want to trade my aux light switch out with the cruise control style switch like Urban Panzer shows on his website.

I need to test my lights out off the pavement as I didn't have a clue about that asphalt sensor.

Driving through the neighbor's front yard didn't make a difference, guessing my assfault sensor is ok.

I'll check my blinker fluid next. Maybe, just maybe, it's low. Fingers crossed.

Thinking about rewiring my own light system in with brighter lights. Just would like to know if I can use the existing switch. I'll try prying out the switch someday and use a DVOM to figure this out. I aggree ylo, not sure how much longer I will let this stay on the "ignore" list....

Muffler bearing is on the "ignore" list too. Looking to upgrade to a sealed chrome-molly next!

Check this one NW_rockhound...http://kalecoauto.com/index.php?main...products_id=10

Not sealed sealed chrome-molly, but it is iron-graphite composite with a pre-grease-packed assembly...be careful when you install and never use flexi-clamps...the phallus thingy goes limp when hot, like it is melting...not cool in front of the girls...just my opinion.
